To make it easier to rid your body of toxins it’s helpful to put less toxins into it in the first place. There’s less to get rid of them. Try to cut down on alcohol, tobacco and drugs as much as possible.

Whenever possible, eat organic foods and drink a lot of fresh water. Water helps flus the toxins from your body.

Psyllium Husks and Seeds

Psyllium are loaded with fiber and make a great natural laxative. It supports healthy bowl function and is helpful in treating irritable bowel diseases and also diarrhea. It has the ability to absorb toxins and remove them from the body.

Dandelion Root

The root of the dandelion contains substances that increase bile production. This in turn improves digestion and helps rid the body of toxins. Dandelion root is a great liver cleanser and contains many vitamins and minerals that are good for the body.

Milk Thistle

Juniper Berries

These berries promote good urinary system health. They strengthen and detoxify the urinary tract, kidneys and bladder. Not to be used long term as they can overtax the kidneys.

Aloe Vera Juice

Great for the digestive system. Capable of killing yeast, viruses, bacteria and even parasites. Can have a mild laxative effect.

Nettles

Helps to clean the body and especially the urinary system of toxins. Like Juniper berries, they should not be taken long term.
