There are thousands of natural remedies to choose. There’s something for every health condition imaginable. Here are just a few of them to get you started.

For a natural mood lifter, try St. John’s Wort. If you suffer from mild to moderate depression or seasonal depression, give it a try.

Problems sleeping? Use the herb valerian. It improves the length and quality of sleep and helps bad sleeping pasterns. It’s also a lot safer than prescription sleeping pills.

Want to improve you cognitive ability? You could use Bacopa for clearer thinking, better concentration and to improve your memory. Sage or ginseng could be taken for this too.

If you’re totally stressed out, give Chamomile a try. People have been drinking Chamomile tea for centuries to calm down a noisy mind and bring them some peace and relaxation. It soothes the body as well as the mind.

Another great stress buster in Kava Kava. It’s been taken for anxiety for hundreds of years. Within 15 minutes, you’ll feel less stress and in a better mood.

These are ancient healing herbs. Many of them work as well or better than prescription medicine. Always talk to your doctor first before taking any health supplement just to be safe.
