Editor’s Comments

Spirulina is one of my favorite supplements. I take it instead of synthetic multi-vitamins. It’s packed with nutrition. It’s a whole food, so I don’t worry about taking too much. I usually take six tablets in the morning for some quick high quality protein, vitamins and minerals. It’s a great breath freshener too, as it contains a lot of chlorophyll. Just take a few tablets with a meal. It will also help reduce body order.

I highly recommend Perfect Spirulina. It’s one of the purest forms of Spirulina available.
